Beautiful Sunset, but a Cold Night
Transition Area 3 was situated at the top of the hill on a clearing that offered 180 degree views of the horizon. Volunteers and teams lucky enough to arrive here at just the right time were treated to a stunning sunset as racers clicked on headlamps and headed into the woods again for the largest ROGAINE trek stage of the race.
