6:00am - Recalculating gets a recharge after a harsh time penalty
Yet another team falls victim to the off-limits roads on Stage 6. It was an easy mistake to make, and it seems even easier to make the mistake when it’s dark and other teams are doing the same thing. Assessed a 4 hour penalty, Team Recalculating now only has until 10:30am to reach the finish line in Bishop in order to retain the points they have already collected. A quick shot of trail mail from friends and family is just what they needed to summon the energy for this last push.
